Abigail Landry
Hello there! My name is Abigail, and I am a social media manager and strategist with a passion for helping aesthetic practices succeed in the ever-evolving social media world.

My journey into marketing and social media management began around 8 years ago when I was in college. I worked as a marketing intern for a successful wealth manager who was handling an 800 million dollar portfolio. I enjoyed the marketing aspect, but the material didn’t necessarily excite me. Around the same time, I bought a little dachshund puppy. I made her an Instagram page and rapidly grew it to 12k followers. I grew the dog’s “brand” through photography, video, and community nurturing.

As the page grew, I was able to partner with companies to advertise dog clothes, leashes, bandanas, and even CBD dog treats on the page. We had a great community and fans would send her gifts, cards, artwork and messages from all over the world.
I began to research careers in social media marketing. I saw an advertisement for a social media marketing position at a local surgical aesthetic practice, and I knew I had to apply. I was hired on the spot! It was meant to be!

The practice’s platforms grew rapidly. I was fascinated by the power of social media and its ability to connect people and businesses across the globe. When a patient flew in from Australia for a procedure they saw on Instagram, my mind was officially blown! At that point, I realized social media is rapidly growing field with endless possibilities.

I now work with practices of all sizes to help them build their social media presence and fill up their surgical calendars, all while having fun in the process.

As a social media manager, I understand the importance of staying up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the digital landscape. That’s why I make it a priority to attend industry conferences, read the latest articles and blogs, and collaborate with other social media professionals.

Perhaps the most important thing about me is my dedication to my clients. I believe that communication and transparency are key to a successful partnership, and I make it a point to keep my clients informed and involved throughout the process. I take pride in seeing practices grow and succeed, and I am committed to helping them achieve their goals.

I take great pride in my integrity and will always have your best interest in mind. In fact, I won an award for integrity in my senior year.
