Abigail Landry
Hi there! I’m Abigail - a mom, wife, and social media strategist with over 14 years of experience in social media and 8 years helping aesthetic practices grow and thrive online.
My journey into marketing started over 10 years ago when I landed a marketing internship for a wealth manager overseeing an $800 million portfolio. While the financial side wasn’t my passion, I quickly discovered how much I loved the creative side of marketing.
At the same time, I started growing a fun Instagram page for my dachshund, which gained over 12k followers and secured brand deals promoting dog clothes, leashes, and more. That early success lit a spark - and I knew social media was where I wanted to focus my career.
While working my way through college, I took on a role with a surgical aesthetic practice, where I witnessed firsthand the power of social media to transform a business. I helped grow the platforms rapidly - and even brought in a patient from Australia who found the practice on Instagram. Seeing how social media could create real results cemented my passion for this industry.
Now, I help practices of all sizes build their social presence, engage with audiences, and fill surgical calendars.
I earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts and will be pursuing my MBA in the fall of 2025 to continue growing my expertise.
I stay up-to-date with the latest trends, strategies, and platform updates through ongoing education, collaboration with other social media professionals and coaches, and attending industry events.
